today played frisbree! okay after playing today, realized that my throwing sucks very big time. really have to improve if i want to play with the pros. if not i'm gonna be a burden. after frisbree, the scthree people decided to go toa payoh to eat. haha, didnt join them cause it's so far away and now my life is on budget. so waited for justin and then he me and aaron went holland for lunch. they went subway first while i went to buy my curry rice. wah, curry rice super shiok. but still cant beat the scissors curry rice near sean's house. that one really owned. anyway, i am supposed to study now, was doing math and now gonnna do more math. and im not watching prison break.): aiya, my mum not happy with me already, been playing too much. playing = training, going out, movie. meals. which is basically what i have been doing. haha. yes. i better study more for my supp exams in january.

tomorrow im gonna miss training due to the BB Sharity Gift Box Opening Ceremony at CK Tangs. i dont have to wear BB uniform which looks like one of a security guard. i get to wear any formal wear, shirt and pants.

im going to collect my half marathon race pack tmr too at suntec. and at night got prayer meeting.

think i should go run myself tmr morning. half marathon approaching.
